"South Pacific" Utah Shakespeare Festival 2015. Costume Designer: Kevin Alberts This headdress is built on a fosshape skull cap. The base of the cone shape is made of spray expanding foam carved into a swirl. The raffia is wrapped around the foam, tacked into place, and covered in sheer net.
